Refund policy

Online Orders must be returned within 10 business days of order delivery.

InStore Orders must be returned within 7 business days of the purchase date.

BriVanna Boutique wants to ensure you are happy with your products.  However, we know things happen, and if you need to send back your item/s, you will be entitled to the options below:                         

*Return and Exchange. 

  • Return and Exchange at your expense.
  • Exchanging for different sizes or other products. (If the replacement product is of lesser value, we will give you store credit for the remaining balance; if it is of greater value, we will invoice you for the difference.
  • If the request is an exchange we will ship out the new item immediately when the original item is returned in the timeframe mentioned above and as long as the requested item is still in stock and no monies are owed (any monies owed must be paid in full before we deliver items).

*Store Credit can be issued and used at a later time. 

* A refund can be issued to the original payment method upon return arrival, excluding the original shipping fee when purchased. Refunds will be honored if item/s are returned within the 7 & 10 business day period.

*If your return is received later than those dates stated above, you will automatically receive a store credit.  Store credit will be issued for up to 15 days; if it is beyond the 15 days, we will not honor a return, store credit, or refund; we are a small business and can't have a return a month later. 

Please understand that as much as we are here to help, we have some conditions for our return and exchange policy.  The returned item must have no visible signs of wear or use, be unwashed, have tags that need to remain on the item, have no signs of damage of any kind, including make-up stains, and be free of pet hairs.  Discounted or Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you cannot return it in the packaging it came in, please replace it with a poly mailer or secured packaging.

To return or exchange your product, please complete the following steps:

  1. Print out the return/exchange form and click here.  
  2. Choose the product(s) you wish to exchange, receive credit for, or return from your order.
  3. If exchanging, please notify us of your new size.
  4. Re-pack your product(s) in the original packaging, if applicable, or in your secured packaging. If using original packaging, remove old labels for the return label.
  5. BriVanna Boutique does not cover the cost of return shipping. Returns must be sent via USPS or UPS to arrive at our address successfully. BriVanna Boutique is not responsible for undelivered returns or exchanges.
