Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from BriVanna Boutique Concord, NC, via USPS or UPS.  Our shipping process usually takes 2-7 business days.  Please understand that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS or UPS tracking. 

If you feel a package can unsafely arrive at your destination, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as you place your order so we can request a signature delivery upon package arrival. Please note that a package can only be delivered if someone in your household is there to sign for it.
